What we collect
We collect only what an order needs: your name, delivery address, email address and order history. If you sign up to our mailing list we store your email address for that purpose alone.
How we use it
Your details are used to deliver your order, answer your questions and — only if you asked for it — send you our occasional newsletter. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep your basket working and to understand, in aggregate, which pages people find useful. You can manage preferences through the Cookie Settings link in the footer or through your browser.
Who we share with
Delivery partners receive your address to bring rolls to your door, and our payment provider processes card details — we never see or store them ourselves. Both are bound by their own strict privacy obligations.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the mailing list with one click. Write to hello@erismann.example and we will respond within a few working days.
