Shipping & Returns
Rolls travel from our factory in Breisach am Rhein straight to your door. Here is what to expect on the way there — and back, if needed.
Delivery times
Orders leave the factory within one working day and arrive within 3-5 working days across the EU. Samples travel by post and typically land a day or two sooner.
Delivery costs
Delivery is free on orders over €75. Below that, a flat €5.90 covers any number of rolls, and sample orders always ship free.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened rolls in their original wrapping for a full refund. Contact us first and we will send a returns label; refunds are processed within a few days of the rolls reaching us.
Damaged or faulty rolls
If a roll arrives damaged or shows a printing fault, send us a photo and your order number and we will dispatch a replacement from the same batch straight away — no need to return the faulty roll first.
One batch per order
Every order ships from a single print batch so your rolls match exactly. If you re-order later, mention your original order number and we will match the batch where stock allows.
